Marketing updates for 2025

Recently, Hope has been busy behind the scenes introducing a streamlined visual "brand" for the church. Branding is important because it helps to create a reliable visual representation of our church, and ensures a consistent feeling of trust among our community. While there is still more work to be done, you'll already notice updates to our brand in the following places:

Along with this new look, we're updating procedures regarding sharing your news, and new ways to view archived information such as past Bible studies and newsletters. Read on to learn more.

HOPE NEWSLETTER

WHEN - Our goal is to send the Hope newsletter monthly, with a single summer edition for June/July/August. Each edition will include timely messages of hope, encouragement, and inspiration, as well as reminders and some reporting details. Most articles will be short-form or truncated, with the complete article appearing on the online messages and news.

HOW - The newsletter will be sent electronically via Constant Contact from the Office email address, office@ourhopelutheran.net. Feel free to forward each edition to share the message with others. If anyone would like to subscribe to the newsletter, they can sign up online. Subscribing to the newsletter is separate from joining the Church Directory, which is password-protected and available from the Member Portal.

CONTRIBUTE - To submit information, events, or articles for the editor for consideration, please use the new online form available on our website under the Contact Us drop down. More information is available on the form.

REVIEW - If you can't locate an old newsletter, they're all available from the Archive on the Hope website. Simply navigate to Newsletter Archive, expand the year, and select the edition you'd like to read.

Our refreshed website has a new look and some new features to enjoy.

  • Messages and News - this page has long-form articles available to read on your own schedule.

  • Archive - The one-stop-shop for links to past Bible studies, newsletters, photo galleries, and more.

  • Member Portal - Provides password-protected access to the Member Directory and the archive of Council Meeting Minutes. For information about accessing these resources, contact the church office.

  • Submit News - Online forms for submitting updates, articles, or information to either the Sunday Morning Bulletin or this newsletter. See forms for detailed information.

  • Online Giving - This update page makes it easier for you to find your preferred way to give. All one-time or recurring online payments are processed through PayPal; be sure to update your bookmarked pages so your gift is processed timely.
